Our hire work forging offers customers a huge capacity to forge from as little as 1kg to 80 tonnes and machine up to 100 tonnes. With our expertise are able to process a range of materials from Titanium, Super Alloys, Carbon, Steels, Low Alloys, Stainless steels, Nickel Alloys and Bronze alloys.
We are proud to be offering the first opportunity for subcontract machining on the largest horizontal deep hole borer in Europe, boring lengths up to 20m. Our machine shop is equipped with turning, milling, boring, drilling machines and sawing.
With heat treatment now being offered as a subcontract service, this gives our customers a wealth of metallurgic expertise to meet a wide range of international standards. We offer many types including annealing, normalising, hydrogen diffusion, tempering, water quenching, oil quenching, stress relieving and post weld heat treatment methods.
